Dave Hawkins, an accomplished musician, has been playing music for what seems to be his entire life. Music is his passion and he is passionate about how it's perceived throughout his audience. He plays many guitars, harmonica, and fiddle and when you hear him you will think there is a whole band, not just one person. This is accomplished by what is known as looping.  There is never a "backing track" to play along with, which is used by some other players out there. His vocals and music will reach the deepest part of you while it sets your senses alive. He plays sounds from the current popular, to classic rock, to Dave Matthews, to his own original compositions as he touches on just about any genre you may desire.

While still a teen Mason penned the Traffic hit “Feelin’ Alright”. After extensive touring with Traffic throughout the UK and Europe, Mason headed for the USA to pursue a solo career. Robert Randolph & The Family Band at Bottle & Cork
Bottle & Cork
http://www.ticketfly.com/event/511423-robert-randolph-family-band-dewey-beach/
Robert Randolph & The Family Band, a group well known for their powerhouse live performances, and led by a pedal steel virtuoso, has been called one of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time by Rolling Stone. Hailing from Orange, NJ, Robert Randolph started playing the pedal steel guitar - or "Sacred Steel," as the instrument is referred to in many African-American Pentecostal churches - as a teenager in his local church. He was discovered while performing at a Sacred Steel Convention in Florida, and shortly thereafter opened for the North Mississippi Allstars and Medeski, Martin & Wood in prestigious New York venues. Keyboardist John Medeski asked Robert to join an instrumental gospel/blues album with members of North Mississippi Allstars; calling themselves The Word, the band released an eponymous album in 2001 to critical and popular acclaim. Robert himself set the live music world on fire with his high-energy performances, and his style of incorporating a mix of funk and soul into his pedal steel playing, giving a new secular, multicultural element to the "sacred steel."

The Beach Boys at the Freeman Stage
Freeman Stage
http://freemanstage.org/
You can capsulize most pop music acts by reciting how many hits they’ve had and how many millions of albums they’ve sold.  But these conventional measurements fall short when you’re assessing the impact of The Beach Boys.  To be sure, this band has birthed a torrent of hit singles and sold albums by the tens of millions.  But its greater significance lies in the fact that it changed the musical landscape so profoundly that every pop act since has been in its debt. Happily for us all, The Beach Boys continue to create and perform with the same bold imagination and style that marked their explosive debut over 50 years ago.

Opposite Directions is the acoustic rock duo from Ocean City, MD with Darin Engh on vocals, acoustic guitar, bass, keyboard and harmonica and Bob Wilkinson on vocals, acoustic guitar, bass and harmonica. Opposite Directions was formed in 1986 and since then they have played up and down the East coast from Maine to Florida and as far out West as Colorado and Wyoming. While they mostly play in Ocean City, MD these days, they still manage to get out of town to other places in the Mid Atlantic every once in a while. Opposite Directions quickly developed a reputation for their tight harmonies and excellent guitar work. Voted the "Best Acoustic Rock Duo " by Beachcomber Magazine, where ever they are playing is considered the place to be for great acoustic music. You will often hear songs by such artists as James Taylor, Jim Croce, CSNY, America, Jimmy Buffet and others as well as their own songs from their release "Seeds of Change" but Opposite Directions also covers a wide range of musical styles from blue grass to modern rock to blues to reggae.
